Redlands Town is my destination for today. I spent 1 whole day here. This place is the new commercial area which is really interesting, much better then the downtown area. I think there are about 12 shopping buildings here. Some are long building contained a few branded shop like Marshall, Kohls, Famous footwear etc.   The best shop is Kohls and famous footwear for me. I dont know much about brands, but i think famous footwear gives a good price for branded stuff. Things like Liz claireborn $85 u can get for less then $40. The way they put the display shoes is different from Malaysia. They arrange the shoes according to size as well as shoes box at the bottom of the rack. So u can just pick up ur own shoes urself. I guess they really trust their customers. I just wondering around and check almost all shops there. Second day in Redlands, feel like its been a week here. I woke up early as we plan to walk around redlands town. We had a breakfast and took the free shuttle service to the citrus mall area. Its about 10 mnts drive from the hotel. Pretty neat place and new area. I can see lots of big shop building, very interesting look and design. I always like to see this type of building hehe, cause we dont have it here. We normally have a big gigantic shopping mall or links shoptlots. We went to Target groceries store to buy mineral water as no water heater in the room. I think our carrefour have more varieties stuff  in it. I cant even find 3 in 1 of any drinks at all. Once we got our stuff, we ask for shuttle to pick us up. They been nice to us hehe. We go up to the room and stay in for a while as Poh Choo sleeping again. Pain in the ass - yes this is best describe how terrible i felt sitting in plane for 17 hours! So, my pain ass journey began at 6 july 09 9.25 am flight to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific. We transit at Hong Kong for 2.5 hours. The airport looks big, lots of restaurant there, we ate at Burger King. About 4.15 pm we boarded to LAX. The flight is better then the first 1. I spent my time watching movies and playing games. Sleep for 4 hours only. I arrived at LAX about 1.15pm LA time. The custom check went smoothly, nothing idiot ispections being done, still i dont really feel like im in US yet, lots of the workers are foreigners or not white. LAX is under renovation so cant really comment on that. We took shuttle service to Redlands $44 per person, it was a long journey almost 2 hours plus.
